Also, please know, this info is all the stuff i have gathered after about a year of analyzation of my own, and some of it may not be 100% correct.last updated: 10/26/22

In 2012, a young Japanese girl began livestreaming on FC2LIVE, a Japanese livestream platform. She would perform dangerous acts, like jumping in front of traffic, or standing to the close edges of balconies. At age 14, on november 24th, 2013, Roro began a livestream where she had claimed she would commit suicide, "wishing to become a star", and she had quietly muttered the words " Im scared" in Japanese before she jumped off the roof of her 13-story apartment. Nobody truly knows why exactly she did it, or what her main motive was, but it has been said that she didn't have the best life or relationship with her parents at home.
Around 2019, a song by a Japanese band, Shinsei Shimattechan, had been gaining a lot of popularity. This song was called "Ruru's Suicide Show On a Livestream". This song had introduced many people to the upsetting story of Roro, and one of those many people were me. I was heartbroken when i heard about it, even though it had already been a while ago, and even though i never knew she existed. The song itself focuses on a character named Ruru (who looks similar to Kosame Amagai from Magical Girl Site), and Ruru is supposed to be a character made to be Rorochan. Nobody truly knew what she exactly looked like, so i can understand why they made a character in place for her.

One thing many people dont really know is that theres an archived video of both the livestream and the audio from it. most of its been trimmed to an 8 minute long video, and its a bit unnerving to view. At least, for me. knowing that she sat there suffering in pain for a while until someone actually helped her made me feel even worse. the specific video i found begins with Roro turning her camera to view her, and you can see her from the nose down, with all of her body covered and the only part of her face you can see is masked. you can tell shes walking around if you look in the background, even though she herself seems to be pretty still. afterwards, the camera position is changed to the view of the floor, and Roro's breathing becomes more and more audible. Roro seems to be sitting down and then gets up, and goes to a stool looking thing, and climbs onto it. for a split second, you can see a glimpse of what the outside looks like beyond the rooftop, then the camera is shoved up against a wall while Roro is, what i assume is, climbing the wall, preparing to jump. the footage goes black for a bit, then you can see her jumping off the stool from earlier and back onto the rooftop ground, and you can hear heavy breathing, as if shes in distress. the noise of (what i think is) cars or wind gets louder and louder and so does her breathing, and the camera is aimed at her legs for a little while. thr camera is then pushed up against something again, which, i cannot tell what it is, then the camera slowly reveals Roro getting back up and hopping onto the stool again, then the camera shows the perspective of the ground, off the roof, and then there is a heavy bang noise and then theres a lot of wind that the camera is picking up. this is when Roro had jumped and at this point of the video, its her making her way down to the ground. the camera then lands at a part that looks like this :

afterwards, theres a huge bang sound again, which i'd assume the camera got seperated from Roro and it landed in the position that showed the image above, and the bang noise was Roro landing on something. As im writing this im rewatching the video to get the most accurate details in here as i possibly could, but im beginning to cry just watching and writing this.
This was only 3 minutes of the video, which is about 8 minutes in total. the first few times i watched this video i was confused what the rest of it was, since it was just the same display of the image shown above; this somewhat supports my theory that Roro got separated from the camera and it landed somewhere Roro didnt.

Roro had hardly ever really shown her face, and would have a mini panic whenever she accidentally showed her face. one video i saw from YouTube, Roro had been going through some messages on her phone and the reflection showed half her face and it was visible to the camera, and she had begun to breathe heavily and, if i recall it correct, she had been saying she felt sick after that and that she was shaking. Although, there is an image of the most of her face thats ever been revealed to the internet; even on her last day, nobody really had an idea of what she looked like unless they knew eachother in real life.

my analysis on /some/ of the lyrics

"Jumping onto the Chuō train line.." Possibly referencing the dangerous stunts Roro had done while she was still alive.
"She's been labeled a nuisance all her life" possibly referencing the life she had experienced at home; it's been stated that she didnt have the exact best relationship with her mother (from what i heard)
"Im a witch who talks with cats" someone on GeniusLyrics said they think this is referencing how she would talk to people online a lot, and it made her feel like she fit in
"Looking down on the stupid humans, with the cats on the roof of the house nearby", the roof part could resemble the roof she had stood on before she ended her life, with the livestream running and how people were telling her to jump, the livestream viewers being the "cats" watching the "humans" from above alongside Roro
"You could call the FBI, but you wouldn't know where to go or where her message lies" I cant recall if the FBI had tried to cover the case up or not, but, a user on GeniusLyrics had said that "someone wouldn't need to call the FBI about it; what happened is as clear as day". the "..where her message lies" part could possibly be a reference to the unclear motive of why exactly she wanted to jump; its alleged that she "wanted to become a famous star" which is what pushed her to do it, but besides that, the full motive is unclear
